Infinite Playlist: 5 Seconds Of Summer//

so this time in my Infinite playlist I decided to put 5 Seconds Of Summer. They're one of my favorite band. If you don't know them, I'll tell you a little bit! ;)

5 Seconds Of Summer also known as 5SOS, they are originaly from Sydney Australia. 5SOS is an Australian Pop Rock Band, they formed in 2011. The band consist of Luke Hemmings (lead vocals, guitar) Calum Hood (vocals, guitar) Michael Clifford (vocals, guitar) and Ashton Irwin (vocals, drums). 5 Seconds Of Summer began in December 2011 when Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood, who all attended the same school, joined together and started posting videos of themselves performing covers of popular songs to youtube.

The band attrached some keen interest from major music labels and publishers and have signed a publishing deal with Sony ATV Music Publishing. Their first music release, an EP entitled Unplugged was reached number 3 on the iTunes chart in Australia and Top 20 in both New Zealand and Sweden.

The One Direction member Louis Tomlinson posted the link to their Youtube video of their song "Gotta Get Out", stating that he'd been a fan of 5SOS "for a while". Following the release of their first single "Out Of My Limit", on 19 of November 2012 Niall Horan tweeted the link of the video.

December 2012 the boys embarked on a songwriting trip to London, where they have written with various artist including McFly, Roy Stride of Scouting For Girls, Nick Hodgson of Kaiser Chiefs, Jamie Scott, Jake Gosling, Steve Robson and James Bourne of Busted. On 14th of February 2013, it was announced that 5 Seconds of Summer would support One Direction on their worldwide Take Me Home tour in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand including 7 shows at Allphones Arena in 5SOS home town of Sydney. On 21 November 2013 the band announced that they had signed to Capitol Records.

ONE DIRECTION & 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER

5 Seconds Of Summer are currently working on their debut album. But on 5th of February 2014 5SOS listed their worldwide debut single "She Looks So Perfect" for pre-order on iTunes. Within two days it had reached the number one position in 39 countries. The official music video was directed by Frank Borin. It was released to Youtuve on 24 February 2014. It gained over 1 million views within 24 hours. 5 Seconds Of Summer are currently on tour in UK and they will also having a concert in USA & Canada in April and it was already sold out. Their record name is "HI OR HEY RECORDS"

How did I discover them? It started just last year when I accidentaly open the Gotta Get Out acoustic after hearing it, I get so addicted to them so fast and started downloading all their songs and followed them on twitter, tumblr and instagram. Everyday I fall for them deeper and deeper. Trust me you'll be addicted to them when you listen to their songs, they are not just a band, they are a weird band, I love how they expressed their love to their dedicated fans all over the world. Yes. I'm obsessed to other bands too but my obsession to 5 Seconds Of Summer already hit my limit and I don't have any plans of quiting on them. I will forever gonna support them no matter what. Their songs give me hope everytime i failed and their songs are also the one that make me smile. Even though they don't know that I exist I will forever gonna hold on them. I really want to meet them someday and tell them how much I loved them and have so much respect in everything they do for us as their fans. :)
